Douglas Therrien
I first became involved with the SFFC in Nov. 1998 as a student pilot, receiving training from long time instructor Bill Whaley and received my PPL on April 25 2000.

While taking flight lesson I started to volunteer around the airport. First by helping Jim Crosbie with runway light maintenance and by designing the club's first website.

Beside my being the current Treasurer I have served as a Director and Vice President over the years. I mostly fly the Club's C172s and hope to one day try my hand at helicopters.

Married with 3 girls, I mainly fly solo and can be found at the airport most Sundays.
